At Solara Functional Wellness, we guide you through a structured,
personalized approach to help uncover the root causes of your health
concerns. Here’s an outline of what you can expect as we work together,
including the approximate number of visits you may need at each stage.
Comprehensive Initial Consultation (Visit 1)
During this consultation, we will:
i. Review your health history and concerns.
ii. Determine which labs to order to provide a full picture of your
health.
iii. Initiate a personalized nutritional and lifestyle plan.

Ongoing Progress Symptom Management (Visits 6-8)
These visits will focus on monitoring your progress and adjusting the treatment plan as necessary. At this stage, you may experience fluctuations, as we continue to address the root causes of your health
issues. We’ll work through any new symptoms that arise and celebrate the resolution of earlier ones.
Initial Progress Check
(Visits 2-3)
During these follow-up visits, we’ll begin to assess early changes based on the initial lifestyle modifications, nutritional adjustments, and lab orders. This is where you may notice improvements in symptoms like better sleep, reduced bloating, increased energy, and mental clarity.

Final Review Maintenance Planning (Visits 9-10)
As you approach the final phase of your initial care plan, we’ll evaluate your overall progress and determine next steps for long-term wellness. This is when we assess whether certain supplements or protocols can be phased out, and we focus on maintaining the improvements you’ve made.
Personalized Health Plan Review (Visits 4-5)
During this phase, you will:
i. Receive a full explanation of your lab results and what they mean
for your health.
ii. Begin a customized protocol, which may include supplements, GI or hormone protocols, and dietary recommendations.
iii. Understand the timeline for your care plan and how we’ll work together to address your root causes.
Long-Term Wellness & Support (Ongoing)
Once your initial care plan is complete, you may choose to transition into a maintenance phase to keep your health on track. During this time, we focus on maintaining the positive changes you’ve achieved and preventing any relapses. We’ll also offer periodic check-ins to support
your long-term wellness goals.
